NEW COHORT DATES for Q3 2024: June 12 - August 28, EXCEPT July 10.

Each cohort meets weekly for one hour via Zoom, and each cohort lasts twelve weeks. Limit six people per cohort.

Aside from the obvious addition of people, group coaching is different from 1:1 in that while you will always have an opportunity to check-in and get feedback, sometimes—depending on group numbers—there is only one group member receiving coaching per session. This “hot seat” position will rotate amongst the members of the group.

Focus and Finish Group Coaching is more accountability and productivity based than the Aligned Author or Aligned Action programs.
